This bhut jolokia salsa has been infused with the world’s hottest pepper – commonly known as the Ghost Pepper which measures over 1 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU’s – a jalapeno measures little over 5,000!).
The really great salsa contains no pepper extract – it’s just pure natural chilli heat.
