Melindas Jolokia Chilli Sauce
This sauce is pure heat. It is Melindas hottest offering by far, using the Bhut Jolokia. These peppers are hot and should be consumed with caution.
We love the subtle flavour of this sauce as the Bhut is really like no other chilli. It is crammed with proper chunks of fresh Bhut’s (it’s main ingredient!) and sweetened with papaya and passion fruit this ranks as one of the finest sauces we have tasted and is a real testament to the quality of Melinda’s sauces as a whole.
