Pure Bhut Jolokia Paste
The key word here is pure – for some reason a lot of Naga and Bhut pastes have added salt or vinegar which is firstly unnecessary but it also manages to detract from from the unique fruity flavour behind the blistering heat.
This is made with fresh Indian Bhut Jolokia Peppers. This little jar of fire is wonderfully versatile, whether you want to add it to favourite food, make chilli oil, or even create your own super hot chilli sauce.
